Bonus Quiz Question

What is the only implement John Deere wont stand behind?

Highlight for the answer:  manure spreader  🙂

Very much enjoy all the entries you all have provided -- great to see the everyday cycling venues. Being in eastern Illinois, scenery certainly isn't our forte, but oh well, the roads are normally quiet. Look forward to more and more entries from all of you, I do have a few over on BL -- in Bill's Day Rides, and one journal.

Yep, Rich. And I always chuckle when I hear about the farmer who was “out standing in his field.” 🙂

By the way, no snow here, but once again we choke on smoke blown into town from a distant fire, so bicycling is right out for the time being.

Been watching the situation in CA all afternoon on the Weather Channel — again, there are no words. 🙁
Some action down at Howarth Park too — dang!
      Stay safe.

I know nothing about farm equipment, but my guess would be there must be a manure spreader that the farmer wouldn’t want to stand behind. Love seeing where others ride, especially since I haven’t managed to ride since my husband had surgery.

Only had one experience with a manure spreader and that was enough. (Got to help fill it first)
Best wishes for your husbands speedy recovery.

I can almost see Lawrence conducting in the bubbles! And a one and a two…

Bill, I am so sorry for the fires — again! And the smoke that you must deal with. We here in PNW had our own battles with that this summer from forest fires all around.

Good to stay inside and, boringly but healthfully ride the trainer ;’-0
