Challenge of the Month, August 2020: Radiation

This month’s theme: Radiation
the emission of energy as electromagnetic waves or as moving subatomic particles, especially high-energy particles which cause ionization.
divergence out from a central point, in particular evolution from an ancestral animal or plant group into a variety of new forms.


There’s a lot to work with here if you think about it for a bit.  Radiation in action, radiation as a source, radiation as a pattern.  We expect to see some interesting, creative examples this month.  The featured photo is one example, but here’s another take on the theme to get you started:

    This looks like a very interesting theme. If only I had even a minimal grasp of scientific concepts. I’ll do my best though.
