Challenge of the Month: Flora

Today when I left home the sky was blue, when I came out from my class it was raining! Fortunately, it was never too cold or icy to ride my bike to the two-month tai chi course I was taking, held at the Arts Center/Musisches Zentrum. The course is finished now but I hope to find someplace where I can continue learning this gentle Chinese martial art.

Actually, it’s not too difficult even in the city to find a plant or bush or tree for the challenge.

I'm a US born ex-pat, having lived most of my adult life in Munich, Germany. I have three kids and eight grandchildren - so I'm pretty old. Cycling, photography and walking are my favorite things.

I did some beginner Tai Chi classes about a year ago and truly like the art. I have thought of joining a class again, but the times offered tend to interfere with my other activities. I will have to look around or readjust some things perhaps. Good for you to be taking the time for this class.

Glad you are enjoying the tai chi. I was always thankful for evergreen trees in NOrthern Hemisphere winters to provide colour until spring returned the leaves and flowers again.
