Cycle Day #6 of 75

Cool start after some overnight rain, gilet and arm warmers.

Heading out to the west, I came to Kingston Bagpuize.

This is the main road into the village and will be closed for 5 weeks for the installation of a 300mm gas main. The traffic is diverted through the minor roads and surrounding villages causing a fair amount of disruption.

Onto the outskirts of Appleton, these cattle show up well against the surrounding trees and pasture. Not at all sure what breed thay are.

Time for a good drink and take the gilet off, the arm warmers stayed on for the duration.

Cumnor church with its recently renovated entrance porch.

Finally back to Abingdon, this is the marina, lots of boats though very little going on.

Distance – 30 miles

Journey – Solo

Bike – Spa Audax

Great clouds….we either have all gray or blue. Not often do we get real clouds….miss them.
