Cycle Days Challenge: September

Last month my goal was one ride and photo every day. Sometimes it was an effort, either due to rainy weather or a tight schedule or I just didn’t feel like it. But I succeeded and it became a habit. Although I had no such goal for September, again I found myself trying to get out every day. I didn’t always go far, but the challenge remained – to be active outdoors and also try to get some variety in my pictures of, or with my bike. The result was a rewarding 28 out of 30 days for September.
HERE are my almost daily pictures.

I'm a US born ex-pat, having lived most of my adult life in Munich, Germany. I have three kids and eight grandchildren - so I'm pretty old. Cycling, photography and walking are my favorite things.

Very impressive! We’re on tour, and I think you’re getting out more days than I am. And a gorgeous gallery, as usual.

Thanks. I doubt that you miss a day on your bikes, though. And my monthly km’s probably equal what you do in a day.

What a wonderful collection of photos and well done on getting out there (almost) every day! I love the photo of the bike in the forest with the shaft of light coming down.
