Cycle Days: Rides in June

June: More from our new hunting grounds
I haven’t been on my bicycle all that often in June (except for the usual shopping and the like), although we have endless possibilities for short and long outings from our front door. This month’s pictures give you an idea of our more or less immediate surroundings. None of our rides were more than 40km round trip.
HERE is my website page with the pictures.

I'm a US born ex-pat, having lived most of my adult life in Munich, Germany. I have three kids and eight grandchildren - so I'm pretty old. Cycling, photography and walking are my favorite things.

What gorgeous photos! I’m so happy for you that you’ve got such beautiful surroundings and outdoor activities right out your door. Makes up a bit for the poor communications infrastructure!

Beautiful photos of your beautiful area Suzanne. How frustrating for you to have unreliable internet!! Hopefully that will be cleared up soon.

I wish I knew how some people, such as you, can turn a simple rural photo into a work of art.

Beautiful area! The June 19 solstice sunset is particularly beautiful — how the orange melts into gray.
