Cycle Life Challenge 3: Planes, trains and….camels and horses
Alas another gloomy day, about 25 celsius with some sunny breaks. I headed down the Zig Zag to see my friends at Kenwick who were involved in a horse dressage event. Kenny Wildhog is retiring with a golden handshake as his employer is rationalising its operations to Melbourne, a familiar story around WA at the moment. I think I may be able to convert him into a cycle tourer and we’re talking about England and France in about a year…anyone else want to come?

Love the felt shoes!!
Nice ride! I cannot, however, understand the appeal of riding a camel in an urban area. Sure, on Cable Beach, but in Perth? (Actually, I wouldn’t even want to do it on Cable Beach.) Must be fun dodging camel poo after they’ve been through, too!
Lednar dear,
We’re finally all caught up on your CLC/BLC rides. You’ve been showing us the best and worst of Perth. The worst doesn’t look a whole lot different than the worst around here. We’re glad you got in the beach art show because we look forward to that every year, now that we know about it.
Where can we order felt shoes?
