CYCLISK-ISH AND A CEMETERY RIDE

This is about no challenge, but about a bike ride and photo to compare Bill’s cyclisk.

Last fall I did a tour in South Dakota. We rode the Mickelson Trail but also cycled briefly through a few towns. Here is the “Bike Monument” I saw in one of those towns.

Not neatly formed like Bill’s is, but a similar idea.

Just before October ended and Halloween was approaching I took a ride with friends to the old cemetery in Everett WA

First School Principal here. That was quite the thing back then as no women, until Emma, were ‘allowed’ to be a principal.
Beautiful grounds with lush bushes and large old trees.

The Rucker Tomb. Rucker was a big name around Everett. There is a main thoroughfare named for him, and other local lore. There are 26 crypts in the tomb, half of them are now used, the remainder for the currently living family once deceased.

A lot of history at this cemetery will need more time to wander around.

    Neat!
A treasure trove of parts (well, not now I suppose) — Im not at all opposed to using used parts — running on a few myself. 😉
