This winter has seen no shortage of rain around here. Too much of a good thing, some might say.
How much? The current series of storms is bringing northern California high winds, downpours, localized flooding, closed roads, mudslides, downed trees, power outages, drowned automobiles, evacuations, and many accidents due to slick highways. Definitely a problem.
