Flatrock

Storms the last couple of days brought to the San Francisco Bay Area inches of rain, mudslides, localized flooding, and wind gusts over 90 MPH. I stayed indoors. Still raining today, but conditions much calmer. I put on raingear and pedaled over to Flatrock — the confluence of Brush Creek and Santa Rosa Creek — to see how it looked.

    Thats a lot of water flowing!
    NWS said monster storm, and they got it right. Arrives here around midnight.
    90mph gusts are well over Cat 1 hurricane criteria.

    Lots of water is right! Between this and you next post it sure does look like you had quite the storm!! Good to see all those photos in the two posts as it does put it in perspective.
