Get in Line!

How was that again – I’d walk a mile for a camel?
Yesterday when we drove in to Munich, I saw these camels and knew that I would certainly cycle some miles for a few shots of them. So I was back again today by bike and with my camera.

The circus is in town – and it’s Barnum’s.

I told them to line up…

They were absolutly fascinating to watch.

This is my good side.
I’m beautiful

I hope that wasn’t too anthropomorphic for anyone.

p.s. Haven’t gotten around to completing my journal on our bicycle ride along the Inn – but I will eventually.

I'm a US born ex-pat, having lived most of my adult life in Munich, Germany. Cycling and photography are my favorite things.

These are too precious! I love anthropomorphic ;ā€™-), and do it all the time. Those quotes fit perfectly. They are so obedient to line up like that.

Great photos and cooperation on the part of the camels!
    Those are Bactrian camels?
The ‘other’ kind of Camel Im familiar with — Bing a photo of a pack of Camels — can you find a lion and a lady within the pattern on the Camel camel?

Oh my goodness! I love them! At first, I didn’t see the wire and thought you were awfully brave to leave your bicycle nearby. I haven’t heard the walk a mile for a Camel in many years. Haven’t heard about the Marlboro man either. Figured he’s died of lung cancer by now.

Well, we are used to seeing Dromedary camels and so these Bactrians look … um …. long! Where do you put the saddle? Can you use two saddles? How much water to fill them up? Must look into this.

Anthropomorphic – no – you are just reporting how it was.

I’m so old I can remember going to the circus with real lion tamers.
