I DIDN’T PLAN ON BLUE, BUT THIS HAPPENED

I said I had posted my final blue entry for the challenge but then…

I passed by the LFL that is fashioned as a (blue) phone box that I told Scott I would post for him.

Then…

…I looked for the recent transformation of this stump I always check on. This is the stump that changes display for most all holidays and change of seasons (yard art Greg).

As a reminder of a few other displays, I repost these.

St. Valentine in February.

St. Patrick in March.

Fourth of July.

There are more, but these were the easiest for me to find. I love riding down that cul de sac to see what is new on the stump ;’-)

Hey, thanks for that blue LFL/phone booth! Beautiful. You win the blue LFL / phone booth special award for July, hands down!

Also, you may have seen a blue butterfly but not really thought about it. You have to think tiny. The most common one in our part of the world is the Boisduval’s blue (Icaricia icarioides), with a wingspan of about one inch.
