Looks like Hastings could be in for 6 to 12 inches + wind.

Is she going to be able to hike? Tell her to be safe!! She would have enjoyed Monterey last weekend it was the “Next Generation Jazz Fest” kids bands performing all, over and the top performers get to play at the Monterey Jazz Fest in Sept.

Did your ace support crew predict the snow like she predicted the rain? My memories of spring in Colorado was WIND, sun and big, wet dumps of snow just when you thought you’d escaped the last of winter. There was always a final dump in late April or early May 🙂 Flagstaff is a similar elevation, so good to see that all is on trend. Hope the hiking/backpacking was a success.

She descended into the canyon this morning (Thursday) despite less than ideal weather forecast. I’ll pick her up on the rim on Sunday. That gives me four days for bicycling around Sedona, Flagstaff, Page, south rim, etc, although the weather forecast in all those locales is also less than perfect. I hope to be able to post some interesting rides over the next few days. Preferably with no more snow!
