In Line At Home

Today is one of maybe two that will be dry for a ride. At least that is what the forecasters say. We all know how that goes. We got home last evening and I took a chance to ask my friend Cindy if she was able to ride today. Fortunately she was so I rode to meet up with her for a little “bimble” In and near her neighborhood.

On the ride home I meandered through the county airport, and then through the high school and got a few more inlines.

I had to take each of the airport photos from outside the fence.

At the High School there is a covered bridge leading toward the Middle School. On my rides around my neighborhood, when school is not in session, I love riding across this bridge. The lined up windows were a bonus I spotted just as I was leaving the campus.

Along the route that Cindy and I rode I spied this landlocked alligator.

    Nice line ups!
Interesting use of colors in the brick work at the school — a new school in a town near here has used the same color scheme.
The first photo — are those 737 Max aircraft? Looks like they are in long term storage.

I don’t know what kind of aircraft those are, and I don’t think they are in long term storage —- first time I have seen this line up here and I do this route quite often. They are however, right next to the Flying Heritage Museum. I will take more rides by there and see if they move.

Great examples of lining up. Please send me some precipitation. I’ve recently had the yard killed and reseeded. I hope I don’t have a stroke when I see the water bill.

Thanks Laura. We have recently had a good dousing of rain, but not so much right now. I have had a few days of clear with only a couple of opportunities for riding. Feast or famine it seems — some places are flooding and others are burning!

Your imagination and ingenuity for lines knows no bounds! It seems you love a challenge.

Thanks Suzanne. I do love a challenge. When it is a challenge for myself and not ‘against’ anyone else. I have seen a few more lines, but feel I have posted enough of those! I will see what October challenges there will be ;’-)
