July Challenge — 4

Beautiful 4th of July here

Ride around the Conservation Club Loop

Just outside the club’s gate was this face

That’s not a face with moles, itsa face by moles

The gate to the club was wide open but I did respect the No Trespassing sign

Back home with some now cold coffee from before . . . .

Got to looking at the Le Tour’s rear derailleur  (aka derailer, changer, or bobber) and saw several faces

How many can you find?

Very much enjoy all the entries you all have provided -- great to see the everyday cycling venues. Being in eastern Illinois, scenery certainly isn't our forte, but oh well, the roads are normally quiet. Look forward to more and more entries from all of you, I do have a few over on BL -- in Bill's Day Rides, and one journal.

      I see 4 — but that may be a stretch . . .
      1. The adjustment screws and piece below them
      2. The two pivot points for the changer body
      3. The pivot on the right and the jockey pulley axle with the pulley cage forming a sort of smile
      4. The tension pulley axle and phillips head screw to its right, and again the pulley cage forming an elongated crooked smile.

      Or not 🙂

Another “A”, yawn. I hope the face in the first picture was made up of clumps of dirt and not clumps of horse droppings. If it was the latter, I’ll have to reduce your grade to a “B.”

Yep where Mr. Mole pushed up the soil — horses normally don’t care about any pattern to their road apples. 😉

I found two but could stretch to three. …not a face with moles but a face by moles ;’-) love it.
