July Challenge — Blue

Blue Skies

Very much enjoy all the entries you all have provided -- great to see the everyday cycling venues. Being in eastern Illinois, scenery certainly isn't our forte, but oh well, the roads are normally quiet. Look forward to more and more entries from all of you, I do have a few over on BL -- in Bill's Day Rides, and one journal.

Very nice Rich. I will definitely not be as organized as you to post a group of the same/similar colors ;’-0. But I do think this month will be a little easier than last month, says the rider who ended up finding more β€˜new & old’ than expected!
    I like your blue.

Thanks, organized and my name are rarely used in the same sentence — or paragraph — or chapter — or book. πŸ˜‰

      We are/were a blue (collar) town. πŸ™‚

I think I can get behind this one pretty easily. Colorado (allegedly) has blue skies all the time, although it’s looked a little like Oregon in winter lately.

White is an acceptable color — did you see where they got 6 feet, yes FEET, of hail somewhere in Mexico?

      Brompton or Magnum get ready!
Looking forward to what you find!

Brilliant bike and sky photos, Rich! I can’t wait until it gets dark tonight so I can haul the black Ogre and black LHT outside in order to duplicate your shots! πŸ˜‰

The photos of the Ogre and LHT will go nicely alongside your photo of the black bear eating licorice at midnight. πŸ™‚

Rich, I think you are an overachiever! Do love your posts because you make every one so interesting.

Thanks — my performance in Kindergarten was less than stellar, and frankly never improved. πŸ™‚

An Olympian achievement! Great pictures and inspiration from your blue Raleigh!

ButI don’t want to see you resting on your laurels now, you have a wholel month to get through with this theme!

Thanks! Being from (formerly) Munich that is quite a compliment.
Working on the next color, which is proving to be less of a challenge than I first thought — we will see.

Thanks — now to see if and/or when (more likely) I fall flat on my face. πŸ™‚

I actually had a fairly good monochromatic photo of a blue cement truck with a blue sky in the background. But the quality of your blue photos made my blueness seem insignificant.

      Well, thanks, but. . . . .
Awwww, Id like to see the photo. πŸ™
