Bright and sunny day, heat tempered by the fresh Easterly breeze.
The Sinodun Hills takes from Sires Hill, I will head up there later on the trip.

Rather liked the marking on this one.
Unique village hall cum stores, not sure about the differing clock faces. Brightwell cum Sotwell.
Sinodun Hills also known as Wittenham Clumps, the one in shot is the site of an Iron Age Hill Fort.
From here a loopy ride home, great morning out.

Journey – Solo.

You certainly have lots of interesting places to go cycling.
The brick work is unique as are the Sinodun hills — they are chalk hills I discovered — related to the Cliffs of Dover at all?
Herringbone brickwork. Not good for load bearing but as used in the barn the wood beams take the load and the brickwork is decorative. Looks good dunnit?
