We have a plethora of Little Free Libraries nearby, but a dearth of murals. I made a specific ride into Everett today (poor me on this gorgeous sunny day) for a photo of my favorite mural, and one of the very few murals I know of.

I may have posted this mural in another challenge in the past, but this is from today for THIS challenge ;’-).

And whatta ya know – I came upon one I had forgotten about.

On my return to home, I came upon this one that is only a few miles from home. I could not get inside the fence, so settled for this photo.

That is my contribution to MURALS.

That’s a great mural, and worth the ride in to Everett to collect it (and I know what that cost you – it’s not the most appealing ride).

You apparently know Everett ;’-). But as a frequent cyclist around the area I at least know a few side roads and streets to avoid the worst traffic, ‘views’ and neighborhoods so it is not too bad a a ride occasion.

      I knew you would ;’-)

Good job on murals – I love the heart mural and the fantasy animals dining, too. Too bad you couldn’t get closer to the third one – silly fence!

Yes, I am not too keen of being fenced out of places I want to get into ;’-/.

Nice murals, there are even some mountains in there.
As you have seen, we are pretty much mural-less here. 🙁

Oh yeah — I got a mountain for Bill’s challenge. I have another in mind but need a clear day and that to be a day I have time to ride! Hopefully early next week. It will be sunny and clear today but I will not have the time to ride — maybe ;’-/.

Terrific mural representation. If you are going to have a “dearth of murals” at least the three you have are individually whimsical, heartfelt and scenic (even if the scenic one was behind a dreaded fence). Good post! And, as side bonus, three murals equal 3Ms, so you got Em’s challenge copycatted too. Yippee!!

Well, there we go — Murals, Mountain and 3Ms all in one post. Thanks you all for finding those here ;’-) Though I will continue to be on the lookout for murals, I think the chances are slim that I will find any ;’-/

Great murals, worth the effort I reckon.

Thanks Randall. It is always worth the effort to take a ride — almost anywhere ;’-)
