One last set of flora and fauna

It’s the last day of March, so I can just fit in one last submission.  Today’s ride took us to Zingaro Nature Preseve  on the northwest tip of Sicily.  The first designated nature preserve on the island, it seemed like a natural for a final flora/fauna post.  The preserve is a roadless area, so we didn’t take a bike through it, but we at least biked up to it so hopefully that counts.

This is just a placeholder for now. I’ll add a real description when I get more time.

Enjoying Sicily, looks like cycling nirvana. you really do set the journaling benchmark with interesting narrative and photos. I’ll be following along

I’m not sure myself. I think it must be early in the season, and their blood is still cold.

    Great photos, as always.
Looked into the Geology of Sicily, pretty complex activities have and are still going on there.
