Should we use Featured images?
For those of you new to the posting format, the Featured Image option allows you to select an image for display on the abbreviated version of the post. If you look at our posts so far, some use them and some don’t.
Should we encourage or discourage this? If you include them, it gives a visual tie-in; but if you don’t, you get a shorter and more compact display.
any opinions?

Scott….I didn’t see or notice the option. I think it’s a good one so I would allow a little more time for us to get used to the site.
Hi Scott,
In my opinion, “featured images” are really good when posting about rides. (The CG/BL equivalent of a journal, even a short one.) However, I think they are less so when simply posting comments. (The CG/BL equivalent of a Forum.) Of course, it would still be easy to add images to Forum posts, it’s just that Forum posts wouldn’t show up here in the same way that new “journals” do. Hope that makes sense.
