Bravo, Tony. Nice ride and nice photos. I especially liked the “Welcome to my kitchen….” sign. It’s good luck you were deemed a reasonable credit risk for the $5 loan, else you would have been required to wash quite a few dishes in exchange for your coffee and snack. I hope your friends don’t charge exorbitant interest! 😉
Dual Bottles — Great idea!
The barn photo is excellent, sad to see it going slowly down — very few like that left here.
How close are you to your goal of 5200 km?
I see Brompton is recalling bicycles because ONE in 5000 might have a failure in the bottom bracket — pretty impressive that they would do that!

Very nice ride, I love the Montana Road (which is aptly named). You’re doing an awesome job on the rubbish pick-up, too!
Looks like a lovely ride in lovely weather – makes me long for when the northern hemisphere gets its turn at warm weather again.
Very nice pictures, too. Love the old barn.
Mole Creek Road! I remember that road – steep terrain, alright. Great photo of that sagging barn, too. It reminds me of an old Victorian farmhouse in eastern Oregon I’ve been tracking for the last decade. It’s always comforting to bike past and see it’s still there.
