Waiting Until The Last Minute

I’ve been shaken into action by my old pal Scooter and the realization that it’s almost July, so I am posting an Old and New and a Solstice photo. Both probably skirt the edges of the rules, but here they are:

It’s difficult to tell, but this was taken right as the sun dropped behind the mountains to the west.

Was this the predecessor to the Bob Trailer?

These were taken this week at White Ranch Open Space, near Golden. We camped here with some family and had a great time.

I am a veteran of one long bike tour along the Lewis & Clark and TransAmerica trails during the summer of 2018, and numerous shorter tours around Oregon. I'm currently settled in suburban Denver with Mrs. Grumby and am looking forward to exploring Colorado by bicycle.

I can’t speak to the solstice photo, but your old/new composition certainly qualifies. Great to see your smiling faces again!

FYI, you can enlarge your photos using the edit function – click on the image, select the pencil icon, and adjust the size.
