Walks and Rides: The May 2021 Edition

After a very cold April, spring still seemed to be ever so reticent about making its appearance – and May was its last chance. Then finally came the green explosion – the leaves budded and the blossoms bloomed. It was a windy, stormy month with some dramatic skies but not always comfortable on the bike. I ended up riding on 22 days and walked on only two days.

HERE are the pictures of the month.

I'm a US born ex-pat, having lived most of my adult life in Munich, Germany. Cycling and photography are my favorite things.

If I hadn’t already given the award for “Greg’s Favorite Suzanne Picture Award” to the photo of you sleeping on a bench, I’d sure be tempted to give it to that close-up of the two cows.

Your lead photo with of the kissing cows is too adorable! You know I love all your photos, but of this batch the one that pulls me in is the one with the windows on the cabin. love the texture as well as the storie it holds inside that cabin.

Spring struggled to arrive here too — and now its advanced right into summer.
Great photos, I especially like the curvy road to Leutstetten.
