A Collection of Empties

I found a picture that I thought would be a good transition from the November challenge “empty” to the December challenge “collection”. Here it is, a stash of empty bottles. Or is it a cache of empty bottles?
Saw those bottles next to the road on my outing yesterday. It’s getting cold now, but the body does adjust a bit. It was 2°C and I stuck it out for 20 km. Made many stops as always for pictures – which involved pulling off big mittens and getting them on again. But my hands kept warm since I wear thin gloves with the windproof mittens as the outer layer.

What a great transition shot Suzanne!! I know exactly where I can get a similar one that I saw on my ride yesterday (too soon for a ‘collection’ shot alone — but adding the empty theme does it!! You know what they say about being copied ;’-). I will copy you.
Nice to see a post from you as I have been missing you.
It is an honor to be copied, Nancy! I’m looking forward to your empty collection!
Well done 🙂 I’m not sure I would have thought about that/made the connection if I had seen the same thing. You certainly get the extra star for that one.
Thanks, Em! Sometimes my brain is working – not always though.
Gloves can be a hassle when using a touch screen . I had to cut a hole at the tip of where my index finger was.
These gloves are touchscreen gloves – I don’t have to take them off or cut holes to use my touch screen. They usually work pretty well. Got them in a 1€ shop as a matter of fact!
See? This substantiates what I said in a previous reply — the German people are very tidy.
“Platzieren Sie den Müll ordentlich”
Didn’t know you spoke German, Rich 🙂 . Yes, the Germans are pretty ordentlich as a rule. Not much litter here compared to southern or eastern Europe.
I definitely need to get me a pair of those touch screen gloves. I didn’t even know there was such a thing. NOW I find out after all these years of freezing my hands every time I have to take off my gloves for a pic.
