A FEW POTENTIAL HAZARDS
“Potential” because they didn’t get me.
Of course, after writing that we don’t have much in broken glass, I should find some. This is not on a road however, and on the bridge the sweepers cannot access it. It’s up to someone (maybe me at another time) to sweep it up.

Cyclists must keep their eyes open and aware at all times. This deep hole with crunched up parts was in the middle of a road that has no bike lane, so kind of where the bike lane would be. If there was a bike lane ?.

At the time I got out for my ride, the roads were not icy (and is why I got out at the time I did), but would have/could have been earlier in the morning.

Let’s hope all hazards remain potential!
On the news today I heard Seattle was getting a severe ice storm. Is that hazard having any effect on you?
We woke this morning to a lot of snow already on the ground, and it has not stopped snowing yet. They do say that this will be the worst day and should start clearing tonight with more clearing tomorrow. So it all depends on how long the snow stays around on the ground as to whether there will be any bike riding ;’-).
Another hazard to avoid ;’-)
Glad you outsmarted all the hazards.
