A LITTLE DIFFERENT

So yesterday I had time for only a rather short ride late in the day. With no other route thoughts, I headed for this cute little photo. It is not weird or strange but I see it all the time and have had no reason for a photo — until now.

I have just finished reading a novel series about the trek along the Oregon Trail. Lots of struggling for those pioneers who had packed a lot of things to bring along with them for their new life in a new home. As the terrain offered more challenges and travail, many on the wagon train had to lighten their load to enable the oxen to pull their wagon up mountains and down deep valleys without dying or causing severe accident. The trail would soon become strewn with many of those treasured items the travelers had brought along — including furniture. Perhaps something similar had happened here along a neighboring roadway?

Interesting art work on the car . . . . there is a car here that looks something like a lady bug — I’ll have to get a photo. Are those decals or what they put on there?

Not sure about the furniture, except it isn’t gonna fit in that car. So you may be right about the wagon train dilemma. 🙂

I didn’t actually get close enough to see if it was a decal or paint, but from where I stood it did not look like a decal. Next time I see it I will investigate more closely.

I know a gal who is deathly afraid of clowns. I wonder how she’d feel about an evil cat-clown.

I’m not actually afraid of clowns, but I don’t like them. I feel a similar way about Halloween masks. I don’t like people’s faces being hidden by mask or paint whether it is supposed to be in fun or not. I just don’t like it.

That furniture doesn’t look too bad, maybe a recycling opportunity
