I had been looking closely for a rose and all I could seem to find were Rhodies. Then I spied this beauty in someone’s garden.

Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups or Kit Kat Bars? Which goes best with everything? It’s a toss-up.
Maybe one of each just to test.
Very nice rose! Not a fan of them. Every rental I’ve had in Oz has had roses, and they are a real pain to maintain. Not so much watering but the pruning is no fun.
When I first moved to Oz, the two kinds of candy I missed were Reese’s cups and Junior Mints. My mom used to send Reese’s cups/eggs/Christmas trees in the boxes she sent on my birthday and Christmas. But for the past few years you can get all sorts of Reeses’s products over here (including ice cream)…. which is a bit ironic, because I can no longer eat anything like that because of the dairy and gluten (which my body has decided it can’t digest).
I am just now catching up with posts here and am so pleased to see you Em. I have missed seeing any posts from you and have wondered how you are doing. Hopefully you have been on your bike for some riding. So nice to ‘hear’ from you.
