COUPLE OF STREET LIGHTS
I’ll be getting only a few mini rides over the next week or so as we have the Grands from California here for a day or two, then the Grandboys who live not too far, for a week of camping. This means biking around with them for a few miles each time and loving time with them. So yesterday I went out for a longer one.
As with everyone else, these are the types of lights we have on main roads and streets…
In a few subdivisions there are much more attractive lamps lining the roads…
I found another trio lamp and lamps also attached to the house…
There may be something reflective in this next photo, but really I took it just because it is the most resent stump decoration ;’-). I check every month to appreciate it.

The subdivision street lamps are classic — Rossville, Illinois, just south of here has them from one end of town to the other — pretty cool in this day and age.
The Trio lamp is really something, a favorite or mine, and there is another trio of lamps on the house and garage.

I do appreciate those classic lamps along some streets and roadways.
Have fun with the grands. Perhaps you can enlist them to help find lamps and reflectors on your mini rides.
