Cycle Day #1 of 75

Having discovered Suzanne’s Days Challenge I’ve set myself the task of completing and recording 75 journeys by years end.

Today was day one of my Quest.

St Helen’s Church Dry Sandford.

Wikipedia tells me that this church was built in 1855 in the Gothic Revivalist style.

Distance – 23 miles

Journey – Solo

Bike – Spa Audax

Glad you have joined a challenge – and I do look forward to at least a few thatched roofs in those 75 rides 🙂

Thanks Emily, I don’t think you will need to wait too long for a thatched roof.

This is a challenge that I to ohave wanted to join in on. With my recent accident and (almost two month) time off of the bike, plus this two week out of town vacation, I will need to yet postpone joining. And my number of rides will most likely be smaller for the remainder of the year.

Glad to see your post here and look forward to your photos. That should prove to motivate me a bit ;’-)

Nancy, thanks for taking the time to comment, glad to hear you are back on the bike.

There are still plenty of days left in the year, I’m sure you could squeeze in a small challenge, I’ve chosen 75, as being retired, with a very very understanding wife I can get out every day.

Look forward to your future posts.
