All I can say is that it’s going to take a lot of work getting up the oom pah pah to re-create the Seattle area in one of my future posts.

I definitely have to give you BIG kudos for that curbside grocery delivery to your bike. I had REI bring a pair of shoes out to me a few months ago. It was a cool experience, but I didn’t get a picture of it.

I have great faith that you will do it and do it well Greg ;’-). Though we don’t always do our curbside pick up by bike, we do get our groceries that way by car when the order is way to much to transport by bike.

Nice colors on the 19th and 22nd photos.
All the trees are bare here now — and leaves cleaned up from the lawn (maybe) barring more 50mph winds
    .
Don’t know if the grocery here does curbside or not, they might.

I really do now think we have seen the final display of color around here. We have been no having a couple of good rain days that should wipe out what is left of those leaves.

We have had curbside pickup as soon as we had our first lockdown. We order online and they give us a time to pick up and for now at least, there is no charge for that.

Well done on the curbside pick up by bike. I would certainly consider that if I lived in town and the virus numbers were making me nervous. We’re doing very well at the moment, so I’m feeling okay with grocery shopping right now. Everyone is still wearing masks indoors even thought there have been no cases here since April and none in the state in the past 28 days, so that increases my confidence, too. If it ever got really bad here, I have several friends who have offered to shop for me and drop things off, too. I hope this current wave in the US starts to recede soon, but it isn’t looking good. Stay safe – thinking of you.

You are very fortunate to have a population that will follow protocol to best this virus. Us — not so much.

We like shopping by bike in regular times, and even more now. But we order so seldom that there are too many items to carry by bike on those pick up days. Smaller orders are easier.
