Cycle Days Challenge: The October 2021 Edition

As I write this, two weeks into November (I have gotten behind), October with its warmer and sunnier days seems so long ago. I am thankful that we managed to get in some last little three and four day tours just at the end of the season. We spent four sunny days in Austria’s mountains, journal here and some cooler but lovely riding days in the Allgäu in southwest Germany, which I wrote up in another journal.

HERE is my website page with the pictures of the month.

I'm a US born ex-pat, having lived most of my adult life in Munich, Germany. Cycling and photography are my favorite things.

All so gorgeous Suzanne. I can wish for some (at least) short tours, but doubt those will happen. I must be content with rides from campgrounds at best!

The photo that leaps out at me (although they mostly all do!!) is the bike by the gate. So beautiful and such good weather for your cycling.

I was wondering if you were going to give me the opportunity to announce the award for “Greg’s Favorite Suzanne Picture” for the month of October. Here it is . . . . . . . . . “Weeping Beech at Fussberg Park.” I like how your bike is parked beneath the weeping beech tree’s tears.
