CYCLE DAYS

I’m beginning to feel a little like Greg and taking up a lot of time and space here ?. But I do save up some things and all of a sudden I have more to post. I have these cycle days that are getting to be an unwieldy number, so here they come.

A masked airman at the airport

This is probably a good place to let you know that I messed up the numbers somewhere along the line, and it is too late to go back to change them as it happened way back there. I have caught up with them now, so they will move on from fake claims of rides to the real thing ;’-).

A rainy day ride
Bike Friday needed a romp with the deer
A ride in the countryside with Cindy
Leaving Santa at my house for a local ramble
A local lake — calming and peaceful
World’s largest ‘paper’ airplane (they say)
A nice hiking trail through the wetlands, but I didn’t take that today
Alleyway wall in Everett
Another rainy morning ride

Now I think the numbers are correct from here on. I will pay closer attention. If you want to see more, it is on my blog.

I’m sorry Nancy, but we already extended the only special subscription rate available to Greg. Too bad he beat you to it! If this keeps up, I’m afraid we may need to start doubling or even tripling your dues. Which, let me quickly flip over to the calculator here – means you could be facing a ($0.00 x 3) rate before long if you don’t start curbing your enthusiasm.

It’s great for us though, if you’re willing to bear the cost. I especially like your photo for December 5th. That’s a wall with a lot of character!

I will try hard to bear the cost, and will keep in mind that it could go up to 4 times the price others pay.

Dec. 5 is my favorite also. It reminds me of something I might find in Italy — if I ever go to Italy ?.

It does have that look, alright. You should go! There’s still time. We’ll always have Italy, as Rick famously told Ilsa.

The photo with the tree shadow on the pavement is a great photo!
    Enjoyed them all.

Thanks Rich. Happy to know that you have enjoyed the photos.

An interesting array of scenes that you’ve snapped. As usual, you find the most interesting places and things.

Thanks Laura. Not every shot it so interesting (pallets for example), but each one reminds me of the exact ride I did and takes me back to the moment.

Ha ha, I’ve gotten my numbers scrambled several times and had a heck of a time trying to figure out where I got the numbering wrong. This is my third year, so you would think I would be getting a bit of a routine.
Great pictures, again. The leaf in the puddle has a lot of rainy day atmosphere and wonderful colors in your Santa picture. Love the wall.

Well, you know what they say about misery liking company ;’-). I am relieved to know that you have had that issue with numbers as well. Thanks Suzanne.

Nice photos. And I actually like the pallet picture. It’s more pallets than I’ve ever seen in one place. We heat with wood pellets, which are delivered on pallets. I’m forever trying to get rid of those pallets after we’ve used the pellets. And, it’s so much fun to talk about ‘pellet pallets’.

Thank you Bob. The pallets are at a wearhouse nearby. I think they must make them there.

Sorry Scott, I have to overrule your decision to charge Nancy! It’s seems you have a gender bias. Great post, Nancy!

Thank you Rocky. I appreciate that you are overseeing committee decisions and are keeping the judging fair for all ;’-).

    Thanks for your comment Rocky.
