GIVE ME A B
Trying to get in another couple of rides before we move on for more and different adventures. I rode one of the first rides I ever did when first visiting Sarah in Elk Grove. This time I was more familiar and did not get totally confused by the directions on RWGPS!! Can’t fool me now.
Bird. At home we have Blue Herons, here they have White Egrets. That water looks Bluer than when I was there.

Book
I did take a few little loops off the route and so found the book and a couple other things I had not seen before. If luck holds, I will be able to ride one more time — tomorrow — before leaving Elk Grove.

The book sculpture is really something — the glasses especially.

I loved when I accidentally came upon that sculpture. That is what being willing to take just a short jaunt off track when you see something in the near distance that attracts your attention.
Grapes of Wrath? I think I just mentioned the Joad’s coming to the promised land of California. There you go. Nice spot. Nice pic.
