Happy Valentines Day

Outdoor Valentine Decorations here are as scarce and LFL’s

Snowy/Icy streets means a clip art substitution plus the Valentine rug we inherited with the house

Hope everyone had a great day!

Very much enjoy all the entries you all have provided -- great to see the everyday cycling venues. Being in eastern Illinois, scenery certainly isn't our forte, but oh well, the roads are normally quiet. Look forward to more and more entries from all of you, I do have a few over on BL -- in Bill's Day Rides, and one journal.

The little rug belonged to a lady who lived here previously and I just never had the heart (no pun) to toss it away.

As they might say in Chicago — ‘Youze guyz are way more creative than we are’ 🙂

Hope you had a great day too!

We were on the phone to Bloomington-Normal on Thursday. Among other things, RJ and I finalizing plans for bicycling in Arizona next month. Anyway, it seems B-N was getting a ton of snow. Did that hit you guys?

We got around 3″ or so, nothing out of the ordinary — enough to halt any riding for a little while — got out for a short one this afternoon, had to thread thru some icy spots, but no big deal.

That’s a nice Valentine card in your spokes even though it isn’t a top grade Hallmark Card.

I did get a Hallmark card for the CEO — Hallmark is quite proud of their greeting cards!

Yeah, not the best odds for a holiday challenge ride where you live. Hope you were warm and cozy though and had a good day! My mom always said, “it’s the thought that counts!” 😉
