I’D LIKE TO RIDE IN SOME SUN
And lo, we got two days in a row of sunny gorgeous weather. Plus, I did my own ride on a not so gorgeous day in between that was at least warm and dry.
Just a few photos to share from sunny ride days.
My friends Kathy and Carol rode with me along the Centennial Trail with a stop in Lake Stevens for a picnic lunch.

This sculpted out buoy is a point of interest in Lake Stevens.

And the farmland is a welcome scene from my usual more urban rides. I think that is Mount Pilchuk in the background.

On the other (next) sunny day Susan and three of our friends joined up for a ride from Carnation to the town of Fall City, and more farm scenes. We all really like this particular ride on the low traffic (at least at this time of year) bucolic roads for relaxing ogling riding. As usual, when riding with others I don’t get to stop much for picture taking.

Today I will do my usual solo riding in the non-sunny day again. But I DO get to ride and feel fortunate to have ridable weather.

The bouy is a great piece of art!
Glad you were able to get out and enjoy it with cycling friends.
I agree about the art of the carved buoy. It is pleasant ot bike with others at least once in a while.
Nice rides! I think Susan likes her new bike, too!
Susan loves her bike too, but does not bike nearly as much as I do. She also likes, wait for it….. her Rainlegs. ;’-).
