A bit further on I had to cross over and get on the sidewalk to make my way to the next turn onto the road. A bend reached out.

After my photo I did pick it up and place it on the berm, off the roadway.

I was on my bike at 7:15 this morning and avoided much anticipated HEAT! We will now have a 5 day heatwave with temps in the mid to hight 90s!! Any riding will have to be done in the early mornings.
