JANUARY RIDE #15 – FINAL RIDE FOR JANUARY
Needing to be back to drive Lucy to Horseback Riding camp, I opted for a ride around the lagoons in the neighborhood.

There are some very pricey homes around the lagoons and actually everywhere around here. But the great water views cost the most. Of course the lagoons are gated for the rich! I have issues with this kind of thing, and there are lots of gated homes right here by Sarah’s house.
Following RWGPS route, I got turned around several times in the myriad of parks! The route takes you on paths through several big parks, and it is confusing for a non-local.
One more photo of the bridges in one of the larger parks. From the times in the past that I have ridden here, the wooden bridge surfaces are in very poor condition and really do need repair. Beautiful view though.

Now we head into the Febbbbruaary Challenge. I enjoyed everyone’s January rides.

Nice assembly of your January rides!
Looking forward to the Febberery Fotos!

The houses are way bigger than the yards. You can reach out your mansion’s bathroom window to borrow your neighbor’s shampoo. Very common in heavily populated parts of California. Folks in Hoopeston will have far more lawn to mow.
And personally I would rather have the lawn to mow than the neighbor’s window abutting my window!! Space.
Wow, so sunny and nice! Not sure I want to live there, though.
NO! I would not want to live here. Those gated places, lagoons, neighborhoods, are not something I value — nor like!
