JANUARY RIDE #5
As I wrote on my fb page — today day was indeed a gift after the other weather that has had us grumpy and somewhat housebound lately.
Sunny ALL day and 50 degrees is beautiful on this early January day. I got my friend Shelly to ride with me along a local trail where these guys were enjoying the sun as well. They had all been sitting ON the trail and along the trailside until I came back for a photo. That made them move — but not far, and not fast.
We crossed this ”newish” (3 years?) bridge to get a treat from a local bakery before heading back to our vehicles.
It was such a grand day that I thought of the long and grueling traffic snarl caused by two crashes on the way to get to our ride start as worth the trade off.

Well yeah, there was that to avoid ;’-0. Did not spoil a beautiful ride though.
