July Challenge Part 2

July Challenge Part 2

Part 1 of the Challenge remains active

This challenge was suggested by Suzanne some time ago.

This makes Suzanne your Co-Host for this part of the challenge

For Part 2 we are looking for things that are:

Wrinkled – Crinkled – Folded – Creased – Dented – or Bent

Each item is open to your interpretation
Dented and Bent was added to Suzanne’s  original list since it represents a disturbed surface as do the others

Have fun hunting, and let’s not get wrinkled, crinkled, folded, creased, dented, or bent in the process.   🙂

Great Part 2!! Now if I can only carve more time to get on the bike for some actual riding rather than a mile or two with grands!! I have loved those miles and smiles, but need more riding for a few days at least.

Kudos go to Suzanne for suggesting this to Czar Greg some time ago.
      Glad you like the topics,
      Happy hunting!!

I am so behind! Thanks for the credit, Rich! As I might have mentioned when I made some suggestions, I just borrowed the ideas from another source, a photo challenge over on Flickr.

I look forward to participating in this challenge, but I’ll have to wait a few days. I was on a short bike tour early in the week, and the next day I tested positive for Covid. Very mild symptoms, thank goodness.

What a revolting development THAT is! 🙁

BA5 is ramping up around here, and few if any are paying any attention to it.
Good the symptoms are mild — being vaccinated mitigates the severity — see you back in the game soon.

Enjoyed following your tour on CB.

It is what I fear due to all the news about the dastardly new variant that has emerged. Get well soon Greg, and hopefully no after effects.

Thanks Bill. Being one of those shrinking number of people who still subscribe to a daily newspaper, I did read that story yesterday. I found it interesting not only because I rode in the driftless area of Wisconsin this spring, but also because I rode in much of the area described in the article on my first solo bike tour seventeen years ago. I even got a picture of the Forestville Cemetery, though from a different angle. (I later wrote about it on Cycleblaze under the title “A Most Unusual Bike Trip.”)

Hi Greg, I just read this. Sorry to hear that Covid got you, too. I hope you have a speedy recovery and can ride the next monthly mini-tour!

I promise you I won’t post a close-up of my face, although it would be a good fit for a couple of those challenge words.
