My last ride of 2022

Hi Cycle 365ers,
I’m still alive and cycling like crazy. It’s now Sunday morning, the first day of 2023 and it seems very much like last year so far. Last night my club went for a night cycle with a picnic in Kings Park then a ride around the Christmas lights in the city. It wasn’t the balmy night I hoped for with a strong wind and it was a little coolish, no jumpers were required though. I didn’t wait for the Children’s fireworks at Elizabeth Quay as it was really crowded and I’m hoping to avoid the dreaded virus as long as possible.
Wishing everyone a great 2023.

Nice Christmas lights! Happy New Year!
Thanks Suzanne. 😊
Great lights!
All the Best in 2023!!
Oh, and please don’t hesitate to post the US winning lottery numbers for us — you being a day ahead and all. 🙂
I’ll get a chrystal ball and we can go halves.
Wonderful. I, as you do, continue to avoid crowds and especially gatherings indoors. Trying to continue to avoid this dastardly virus.
Happy New Year.
I do try to avoid crowds indoors but many of my friends seem to be getting it although it seems less deadly than before.
It looks like a fun group ride. Add a little snow and ice to the Christmas lights and it would look just like downtown Minneapolis.
My limited experience of snow and ice was freezing cold, so I,ll stick with beach sand
Greg stole my comment. I was about to ask what happened to all the snow, ice, and freezing winds. 😉
Only ice in our drinks at the moment.
Stay safe, the virus is still out. our daughter in law has just tested negative after a week going down with it for the second time.
It,s everywhere now. Don t know how I ve got through unscathed so far, Maybe my indoor antisocial tendancies.
We do things differently down under. Have a great 2023
