Natural Bridges

We’re out of Color Country now and have moved on to the southeast corner of Utah – Canyon Country – which, surprise surprise, is still pretty darn colorful.  We’ll get back on the bikes again soon but for now we’re still on foot when we’re not driving.  Today’s hike through Natural Bridges National Monument is one you should know about.  Maybe a bit less colorful than Zion and Snow Canyon, but one of the best hikes ever.

This is just a placeholder for now. I’ll add a real description when I get more time.

Certainly looked like a dramatic and gorgeous hike. Glad your knees held up as it looked like that hike would have been pretty tough on them!

I’ve been pretty gratified by how my knees have been doing. We were out hiking four days in a row during this spell, and they really didn’t bother me. It’s really helping to get out more regularly. I think I must be strengthening some different muscles and giving my knees more support.
