Our Day With Jack & Janet

Janet has already posted, but I thought you’d like to see how my photos of our day came out.

Here we are at lunch overlooking the sea.

Here we are doing a test ride of J&J’s Transit Connect because we’re considering buying one.

Here we are looking out at the sea after riding on the trail to Mavericks Beach, where the big waves are ridden.

Here’s a weather vane that caught my eye while we were riding through the harbor and the adjoining town of Princeton.

Here we are saying good-bye as they drove off to get stuck in traffic while heading home.

Yes, I’m kinda embarrassed that I took only one photo. But we were so busy talking and riding and talking. We had such a good time seeing each other again for the first time in close to two years. Damn that pandemic.

I truly believe that the pictures in my imagination equaled your vivid descriptions. Hello, Janet and Jack. Speaking of Bill . . . ? Where is that dude?

So glad you could have a good catch-up! Sometimes when I’m with friends, I don’t bother with photos and just ask for copies of theirs. It’s nice to just be in the moment sometimes when you are with others.

Agreed, good to be in the moment. Sometimes it’s a relief to not be captive to the phone with the camera. It was so nice to spend time with them. Great company.
