Crops aren’t the only thing rising in the fields

This year’s crop of rocks and small boulders frost heaved upward during the winter

Ohhhhhh!!!  Tonight’s Dinner!!

I hate it when small neighborhood places close because ‘bigger and better’ come along to replace them. Makes me sad.
    Good find in dinner fare!

First our neighborhood Casey’s — Then — I discover the cell phone is “Inactive” — because, 3G is being phased out in favor of 5G. And it not just 3G cell phones:
I must be the last person on the planet to know this,

      From FCC:
Other devices, such as certain medical devices, tablets, smart watches, vehicle SOS services, home security systems, and other connected products [that] may be using 3G network services.

Dinner was foiled. By the time I got back the turkey vultures had had their meal , , , , I guess that’s why they are called “Turkey Vultures” 🙂

Rich, I always thought the motto of central Illnois was “Corn in every field and Casey’s on every corner.”

Once my Casey’s Tantrum subsides I may have to visit the new one. 🙂
