Sometimes Brrr but not always

Couldn’t find any B’s or R’s for the featured image, but I liked the mossy logs a lot. Well maybe Brown, Branches and Bark. I’m getting kind of repetitive, though.

Up until today we had been having some really nice weather. In spite of which I haven’t been taking a lot of pictures for the challenge. When Janos and I ride together I tend to keep riding even though I see a B or R possibility. But I probably have enough pictures from the past week anyway.

I’ll start with my Carnival pictures from last Tuesday. There was a nice parade and people in costumes celebrating in Unterbrunn, about five kilometers from us. The weather was absolutely perfect.

Beanie and a Bottle of Beer
Red wig and a Bow tie
Some Brero

Some nice rides on the following days as well.

Beautiful Blue sky, Branches, Roots and Brown leaves

Thanks to the challenge, I stopped for a picture of the Bells. It was an excellent photo OP.
Branches, Reflections and River Bank

Then it snowed last night. Good-bye sunny mild weather in February. But after reading that Nancy was riding her bike in below freezing and Greg in below zero temperatures, I decided I could ride in 35F. The sun came out shortly, and then it snowed a little, but we had fun.

Barely any snow

Sun Rays
Red Balls, left over from X-mas I think.

That carnival looks hilarious. I always like your forest pictures and am envious you are at such proximity to it that you get to ride there.

The bells were indeed a great photo op. Very sparse. Very German. Very artistic.
