Take a Hike!

Suzanne’s New Years resolution about staying off the bike in inclement weather and  getting out to walk instead along with her latest post with beautiful photos of her walk in the snow made me anxious to go for a hike again.  I know this started out as a bicycling blog but feel free to post any of your other outdoor adventures whether it’s a walk in your neighborhood or a hike in a National Park.

My husband Scott Anderson and I have spent most of our time riding bicycles. We have done extensive bicycle touring all over the world over the past 30 years. We were fully self supported and the routes we took were all developed by Scott.

I like that idea, especially for the winter months. I’ve been trying to get out on a trail with my camera at least once a week.

Thanks Rocky. I too think this is a great idea. I love seeing the photos everyone takes AND the activity we do, no matter on wheels or feet.

Oooh, I LIKE it. Now I can do Cycle365 posts that occasionally feature my two favorite people — The Feeshko and Diggity. (And yes, The Feeshko is back to walking quite well without crutches.)

Thanks, Rocky, for approving posts about walking! Do we have to have a shoe in the picture? 🙂
    I love the header picture!
