Three
After a couple of days off my bike, it was good to get out for a little ride today even if the weather wasn’t particularly inviting. But above freezing is not to be scoffed at. We did have sun on the week-end but I had just gotten my shingles shot and had a strong reaction with fever. All I could do was sleep. But the fever passed quickly, as did the sunny days.
I was surprised to see those three baseballs lined up on the log like that. But we do have a baseball club in Gauting, surprisingly enough since it’s not a common sport in Germany, and the balls were just outside the fence where the diamond is. I decided three wouldn’t be a bad theme for my ride. You can always find three of something.

Putting away the bottle of Fireball makes me think of the old country song, “I was feelin’ single but seein’ double, and I wound up in a whole lotta trouble….”

Got to work out how you did it?
Not really that difficult in Photoshop. With the camera on a tripod and using a remote timer, I shoot three identical shots except for where I am standing. Then in PS I layer them and can erase part of the picture leaving the underneath layer visible. So it’s really sections of three pictures which fit together seamlessly.
Very nice themed ride! And you definitely have some great photo editing skills 🙂
